Our Story
Twenty years of building pools across Wellington County.
Pristine Pools Ltd. was founded in Guelph in 2006 by Mark and Crystal. What started as a small local operation has grown into one of the most trusted pool companies in Wellington County. We've spent the last twenty years building, renovating, and maintaining pools for homeowners across Guelph, Fergus, Elora, Rockwood, Acton, Erin, and the surrounding communities.
We are a service area business. We don't operate a showroom. We come to you, walk your yard, and give you an honest assessment before we recommend anything. Every project is quoted at a fixed price. Every build is staffed by the same crew from excavation to first swim. Mark is on site for every project.
Our oldest installs are now approaching twenty years old. Many of those clients still call us for their annual opening and closing. That kind of relationship is what we're built on.

Mark is on site for every project. Not occasionally. Every one. If something needs a decision made, the person making it knows your pool and your yard.

Authorized Hayward Dealer and Service Technician
We are an authorized Hayward and Totally Hayward dealer and service technician. That means we supply, install, and service Hayward equipment directly. When something needs warranty work or a replacement part, we handle it without sending you to a third party.
Authorized Pentair Dealer
We are an authorized Pentair dealer supplying and installing Pentair pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and lighting across Wellington County and the Guelph region.
Leisure Pools Fiberglass Shells
We install Leisure Pools fiberglass shells, one of the most respected fiberglass pool manufacturers in North America. Available in a wide range of shapes, sizes, and colours to suit any backyard.
Kafko Vinyl Liners from Dey's
We source our vinyl liners from Dey's using Kafko brand Canadian-made liners. Engineered specifically for Ontario's freeze-thaw climate and available in hundreds of patterns and colours.
